How to Update My Company’s Information
Once you log into Coupa, click on the “Profile” tab in the blue banner at the top of the page and then on the “Information Requests” tab in the grey banner. Make sure that “The Howard Hughes Corporation” is selected in the Profile dropdown menu on the right-hand side of the page.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the “Update Info” button.
The Information Request form will open for editing. Please update the necessary fields. To add a new Remit-To Address or new banking details, please click on the “Add Remit-To” button. The remit-to address and banking information fields will appear for editing.
Once the necessary information has been updated, please scroll down to the bottom of the information request page and click “Submit for Approval.”
Once the update has been submitted, you will receive a message that your information has been submitted. At the top of the information request page, you will see the status “Pending Approval.” Once the update is approved by The Howard Hughes Corporation, you will get a notification that your information has been updated and the status will change from “Pending Approval” to “Applied.”
